There's something extremely nostalgic about capturing moments and memories on a film camera. It gives a raw and real feel, made even more dreamy through the grainy appearance. I would describe film as being perfectly imperfect and I really cherish the feeling of receiving film scans back, as you never know exactly how they'll develop!
Wedding film photography is become more and more popular in the UK and worldwide, and I now include this in all of my packages as a little sprinkle of extra magic in your gallery. Take a look at some examples below to get a feel for how it could look on your day!
So yes, I'm Lauren. An international wedding and elopement photographer currently based in the UK. After spending 8 years living on the other side of world in the sunny Caribbean, I'm making the most of cosy jumpers, crisp country walks and the chillier coastal breeze.
As well as my big love for travel and the outdoors, I'm an iced-coffee drinker, motorcycle rider, oboe and piano player, banana pancake eater, along with a lot more. I'm a natural hugger and live for the warm emotions and connections with people.
